There are three ways to start: - **Start from a starter**: Production-ready starters in React, Next.js, TanStack Start, Astro and SvelteKit arrive with catalog, cart and checkout already wired to Commerce Engine, and every line of the storefront is yours to change. - **Bring your own front end**: Call the APIs from any stack or use the typed SDK, which also runs on Node.js, and embed Hosted Checkout in any site or app. - **Let your agent build it**: One command teaches Claude Code, Cursor or Codex every SDK method, schema and pattern, so your agent builds from the spec.
